ALBINE DE PAMANT

roumanie

Centru

Lanul de cămăşi din faţa teatrului –
cartier naţional
alb până-n pânzele albe.

Oraşul tot este un lan.
Pentru fiecare cămaşă
cineva plânge pe ascuns
sau în văzul tuturor.

Lanul de cămăşi din faţa teatrului –
purtătorii au făcut cărare.
Unii rămân în lan –
albi până-n cărţile albe.

Center

The field of shirts and chemises
in the front of the theatre –
national quarter
white to the hilt.

The whole city is a field.
Somebody cries in secret
or in the eye of the sun
for each shirt and chemise.

The field of white cloths
in the front of the theatre –
the bearers made a path.
A few remain in the field
white up to the white books.

Centre

Champ de chemises en face du théâtre –
quartier national
blanc infini.
Toute la ville n’est qu’un champ cultivé.

Pour chaque chemise
quelqu’un pleure en cachette
ou à la vue de tous.

Champ de chemises en face du théâtre –
ceux qui les portaient ont fait le chemin.
Certains sont restés dans le champ –
blancs jusque dans les livres blancs.
